Cause of veins body coming out in exercise
Contrary to expectations, prominent veins during exercise may have nothing to do with increased blood volume or pressure in these veins.
In fact, both of these are constantly reduced during strenuous activities, including exercise. Understanding the vascular system and its components helps us to explain the bulging of the veins during exercise.

Cause of veins body protruding during exercise – veins body
Blood circulating throughout the body is pumped from the left ventricle of the heart and first enters the veins body at high pressure, where systolic blood pressure (the highest pressure applied) is about 120 mm Hg (mm Hg). ) And the diastolic pressure (minimum pressure applied) in these vessels reaches about 80 mm Hg (So blood pressure is usually around 120 to 80 mm Hg).
The capillaries will shrink and then blood will enter the capillaries – the smallest blood vessels – which are responsible for nourishing and removing waste products from active cells.
Protrusion and protrusion of veins in sports
There are more than one billion of these elements in the human body and they are very small and thin, and the applied blood pressure when it enters the capillaries is approximately 30 mm.
This pressure is further reduced because the blood completes its nutritional function and then exits the capillaries to flow through the smallest vessels to other capillaries.
The capillaries combine into larger and larger veins until the atrial vein enters the right atrium of the heart.
When blood enters the largest arteries, the pressure exerted by the bloodstream is only a few millimeters of mercury, and its return to the heart is driven by greater muscular and respiratory activity than its inherent force.

The cause of the vessels protruding
When exercise begins, the amount and strength of contraction increases and blood is rapidly pumped to the veins, and as this happens, systolic blood pressure rises linearly with exercise intensity (up to about 200 ml)( Meters of mercury increase during aerobic exercise and more than 400 mm Hg during weightlifting).
On the other hand, diastolic pressure changes very little with aerobic exercise (although it increases during weight lifting).
The inner diameters of the veins and capillaries narrow in a process called venoconstriction, forcing blood flow to the heart and increasing the ability to receive blood from the capillaries, a process that generally reduces pressure in the Capillaries and vessels will be up to about 5 mm Hg, resulting in reduced venous volume and pressure, and therefore this effect is not the basis of bulging and protruding vessels.
What causes the veins to protrude in sports?
Instead, the process that takes place in the capillaries results in an increase in veins blood pressure during exercise, allowing plasma fluid to pass through thin walls and penetrate into areas around the muscle.
This process, known as filtration, causes swelling and stiffness of the muscles that occur during exercise, and as a result of this swelling, the blood vessels push towards the surface of the skin, making the vessels appear somewhat wider. Mature and such vessels are seen in people with low subcutaneous fat.
This bulge is neither good nor bad, but is simply due to normal physiological mechanisms rather than an increase in arterial blood pressure during exercise and struggle.
