General causes of headaches
A- Insecticide sprays
Insecticides alone do not cause headaches, but exposure to insecticides to kill insects can cause headaches as well as drowsiness, shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, most of these cases do not require medical treatment, but one person died due to inhalation of insecticides, and 18% of cases required medical attention.

B- Brain fatigue with 3D image processing
Doctors believe that clutter of images causes headaches and also watching 3D movies causes nausea.

This is due to the excessive pressure that the brain is involved in processing 3D images.

When an image jumps towards you, the brain has to work harder to align it with the rest of the images.

C- Inheritance
Researchers have shown that three different types of genes are associated with an increased risk of migraines.

One is to cause colds and pain, the other has a variety of functions, including marking nerve cells, and the role of the third gene has not yet been determined.

Each of these genes increases the risk of migraine by 10-15%.

D- Sinus pains
Sinus and nasal congestion, pain and pressure in the face, and normal headaches are not usually included in the category of sinus pain.

Headache experts have confirmed this and say that sinus headaches are rare.

In a study of 3,000 patients who each experienced sinus headaches at least six times in the past six months, medical evaluations showed that 88% of these headaches were actually migraines.

In another study, 45% of migraine patients had both nasal congestion and tearing. If, in addition to the symptoms of a sinus headache, you also have nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, and your headache gets worse and worse with daily activity, you probably have a migraine.

E- High levels of blood cholesterol
There is no need to worry unless you are in your late 60’s or older and have aura migraine.

(Flash-like lights and hearing sounds and other symptoms are symptoms of this disease, which, according to research, affect one-third of migraine sufferers.) A new study shows a link between aura migraine and high cholesterol in the elderly.

Aura migraine may also be a risk factor for heart disease and stroke.

F- Landing and taking off the plane
Not only have more flights been canceled and delays have been prolonged, but sudden, severe, and throbbing headaches have been reported during the flight due to high and low altitude.

Doctors have not yet been able to understand the reason for this, but fortunately this type of headache does not last more than 20 minutes.
